April 16th, 2006The Fireman gets his first call.
April 16th, 2006Well it was touch and go there in the bottom of the 9th in today’s game. Trevor Hoffman didn’t give up a run to earn his first save of the 2006 season. Although the padres are 4 games below .500, it is still a promising season.
So far the only thing I see is that some of these players need to learn to talk when they are in the field. There have been four collisions in the last few games that could have been avoided with a simple YELL of “I’ve got it”.
I still am “Keeping the Faith” that this will be an exciting year. And this stat is keeping me very happy:
Barry Bonds to date:
SEASON TEAM G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI TB BB SO SB CS OBP SLG AVG
2006 San Francisco Giants 8 21 4 4 2 0 0 1 6 10 2 0 0 .469 .286 .190
Ouch!
