Ok, as most of you know I have been unhappy with the waterfall in my back yard since the day it was install. I finally decided to tear it out and start all over.
They started by taking down all the rocks and diverting the transition stream. When they took up the liner they found several holes. This is where all my water has been seeping out. I am glad after almost 4 years we got to the bottom (pun intended) of it.
With the stream diverted, we now have a good area where the foot bridge will cross and I can put a bridge there for my trains. I am amazingly pleased with how well it came out.
At the end of the 1st day, they completed the bottom half of the new waterfall. The new waterfall will be more of a terraced drop instead of a cascade. This will give it a nice look. I plan to have two bridges that run over the falls. I just have to figure out how much space I will have.
