I am sorry sir, you must have at least 4 tires to ride this ride.

Friday, December 30th, 2005

Well what an exciting day. We are driving up to cambria for my birthday and new years, when what to our surprise did we see, but a tire rolling along side us on the 405 freeway. I looked over and then saw a old beat up corvette riding on three wheels.

The back left rim was showering sparks as he was ridding along trying to get off the freeway.

Now that is not something you see every day!

Next time, maybe you will believe me!!!

Scotty

Ok, I am a geek, some may say super-geek. But there is something I do not suffer from. I do not subscribe to the Scotty principle. You know, you pad your estimates with 50%-100% more time than you really need.

When you ask me how much time will it take my answer will be truthful. It will not be padded with extra time. Please remember this in the future when you work with me on any project. If I do not know how long it will take I will tell you. If I say it will take two hours I mean two hours. There is no way I will be able to do it in one.

Sometimes feeling lucky, isn’t lucky

was playing a little tonight and got this message when I stepped on a grave:

There is a grave here. Something is engraved here on the headstone.
You read: “Postman, please note forwarding address: Gehennom, Asmodeus’s
Fortress, fifth lemure on the left”.

There is a grave here. Something is engraved here on the headstone.
You read: “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice”.

Take that RIAA!

I just learned about a band that broke from the record companies and is offering all their music as free downloads. Please check them out:

Hopefully more bands learn that they are not going to make any money from a record company. Did you know that zero of every dollar made goes to the band. I was reading a report that broke down where every penny of each dollar goes. Did you know that the caterers get royalties! (STOP THE MADNESS! There is the real evil.)
