So I re-filed my DVD movies today and I just realized I have no movies that start with a Q. I can actually only think of one movie that even starts with a Q. Queen of the Damned

Back in the saddle again
Well I decided it was time to get back to training. As some of you know, I did the MS150 last year. This year I am going to be team co-leader for Team Qualcomm.
So I figured I better start training sooner than later. I did a 42 mile ride up the coast for breakfast. It was a lovely day but I am sure paying for it today. I think 42 miles may have been a little much.

Yes I know I am wierd!
Ok, I just came to a realization tonight when I went to the grocery store. I was listening to TWIT podcast and when I turned off the engine, I thought “Why didn’t I take it into the store with me and listed to the rest of the episode?”
Then I realized that I never listen to my Ipod unless I am riding. I always plug it into a device. At home it’s an IHome, in the car it’s my alpine stereo, and at work it’s the Altec Lansing portable speakers.
I wonder why I even bought headphones.
