Since I have been buying things on Ebay lately and noticed something called second chance offers. It appears that the seller contacts you and said, “Hey you have a second chance offer, and it’s for your max-bid amount.”
I strongly discourage buying from these sellers if your offered one of these. There is nothing to prevent them from bidding up the item with another account and then turning around and selling it back to you at your highest price. I have received two of these offers in the last 48 hours and it seem suspicious that I am out bid a day earlier, then I am offered the second chance offer within minutes of the auction ending.
