I love Rice Pilaf and I have never tried to make it myself until recently. I discovered a very simple recipe that tastes wonderful.
Use Orzo pasta (about a 1/2 cup)
Toast the pasta in olive oil
Stir in a cup of white rice and add two cups of chicken stock
put lid, simmer until done
Enjoy!
