It has been a LONG time since we have done this sort of trip. The last time we did that was our ten day 2700 mile trip through New England.<\/p>\n<p>This year we are planning to drive to Mt. Rushmore, South Dakota. With stops along the way to visit the national parks and historical sites. So far we are looking the following itinerary:<\/p>\n<p>San Diego, Ca to Las Vegas, NV<br \/>\nLas Vegas, NV to Cedar City, UT<br \/>\nCedar City, UT to Salt Lake City, UT<br \/>\nSalt Lake City, UT to Jackson, WY<br \/>\nJackson, WY to Yellowstone<br \/>\nYellowstone<br \/>\nYellowstone to Billings, MT<br \/>\nBillings, MT to Keystone, SD<br \/>\nMt Rushmore<br \/>\nMt Rushmore<br \/>\nKeystone, SD to Denver, CO<br \/>\nDenver, CO to Arches National Park<br \/>\nArches National Park to Bryce Canyon<br \/>\nBryce Canyon to Las Vegas, NV<br \/>\nLas Vegas, NV to San Diego<\/p>\n<p>We plan to do some really exciting stuff with some of my new tech toys.
